unable to set cell background color

I want to set the interior color of a range to following rgb value = 144,113,58

Upon viewing the excel file, the color of the range is not the same as the value above.

Is there a limitation on the color raange that i can use. I am using version < 8 of the libraries

The reported issue is reproduced in our assemblies less than 10.3 versions. This issue has fixed in our 10.3 assembly and we strongly recommend you to upgrade to our latest assembly (13.1) to resolve this issue which has more enhancements and features.
