Need help creating a "Pulse" chart Please

I have a PNG attached of what I am trying to create ... 

Requirements: 

I need to set the vertical center of the chart to the vertical center of the Grid it is in, give it a max and min range, and then provide the Y axis points for it to chart it out.

I will be adding a single axis point on the fly to build the chart as it goes, the app does a cycle, and after each cycle it adds a point to let the user know if the cycle was slow, fast or just right (just right would be a strait line down the center).
