Editing problem

If you change data, the data will not saved, after clicking on something else I get the old data back

We have prepared a simple sample to demonstrate Editing in severmode and jsonmode the same can be downloaded from the below link.

Can you make your own summary row with you own text?

Could you please let us know which platform you are currently using (ASP.NET/ MVC) so that we can provide solution based on that. However please check with the online sample link for summary rows for both ASP.NET and MVC.
