Error after Installing version 11.1.0.21 for WinRT

Hi all,

I have installed the new version on Visual Studio 2012, Windows8. After installation i cannot up the designer of xaml and facing the following errors.

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException in xaml HRresult (-x8007xxxxx) fails.

Please suggest me what I can do so that the things can work.
