Prepare presentations on productivity and soft skill topics. Coordinate training sessions and webinars.
Effectively communicate engagement initiatives and activities to employees through various channels.
Create, organize, and manage engagement programs, events, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Provide support and resources to employees facing personal or professional challenges.
Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans based on feedback to address areas for improvement.

Eligibility
Academic Qualifications
BE/ B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech, M.Sc (CS, IT), MCA, BA / MA – English, Philosophy or Organizational Psychology
0 to 2 years of experience in teaching or relevant role. Freshers can also apply.
2021 to 2023 graduates only.
Minimum 65% in all academic.
No gaps of any kind.
Working Conditions

Experienced in public speaking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good level of creativity and innovation.
Well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
