Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. A Graphic Designer is a skilled professional who combines artistic talent and technical expertise to produce visually appealing and engaging content. They utilize their creativity to design captivating visuals for various mediums, such as marketing campaigns, websites, videos, print ads, brand labels, logos, and more. Roles and Responsibilities
Create stunning designs for various applications, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, digital packaging, and digital assets.
Plan and organize design projects, set realistic timelines, and manage resources effectively. Consider budget limitations and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Create initial sketches or drafts to visualize design concepts. Present and communicate these ideas effectively to clients or team members for feedback and approval.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. Utilize graphic design software tools and/or traditional techniques to create high-quality visual elements.
Apply knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles to create visually appealing and balanced designs that effectively convey the intended message.
Work closely with marketing, advertising, or product teams to understand their requirements and contribute to the overall creative strategy and execution of projects.
Keep design files, assets, and project documentation well-organized and accessible to facilitate collaboration and future reference.
Actively seek feedback, learn from experiences, and continuously improve design skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Eligibility
Academic Qualifications
Any graduation (preferably a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field).
Graduates between 2021 and 2023.
HSC is mandatory.
No gaps of any kind.
Portfolio of graphics design projects is mandatory.
Experience
0 – 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Skills Required
A course certificate or previous experience related to graphics designing is mandatory.
Proficiency in the latest image and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Sketch, Affinity Designer, etc.
In-depth knowledge and practical application of color theory, composition techniques, and principles of typography to create visually harmonious and impactful designs.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze design challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to overcome obstacles and deliver effective design solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, website design, production processes, corporate identity development, advertisement creation, product packaging design, and multimedia design.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to understand client requirements, convey design concepts, and collaborate with team members and clients.
