The following new control will be implemented with all its required functionalities:

  • AvatarView

AIAssistView

Edit support for user chat items

This feature allows users to edit their chat messages within the AIAssistView for enhanced flexibility and control.

Stop AI response

This feature enables users to stop the AI’s response generation midway, providing better control during interactions.

Toolbar support

This feature lets users interact with chat items using options such as like, dislike, copy, and more. It also helps users format and design messages easily.

Diagram

UML sequence diagram

This feature will help users create UML sequence diagrams programmatically and interactively. Users can also create UML sequence diagrams directly by importing Mermaid syntax data.

GanttControl

Editing resource allocation in Gantt cells

This feature allows users to edit the resource cell or select resources from a predefined list in the Gantt Grid.

PDF Viewer

Insert pages from one PDF document to another

This feature enhances the “Organize Pages” functionality in the PDF Viewer, enabling users to seamlessly insert pages from an existing PDF document into the currently open PDF.

Excel Library

Excel-to-PDF and image conversion enhancement

The Syncfusion Excel (XlsIO) library will include an API for adding a custom font collection, which will automatically be used for Excel-to-PDF and image conversion. This ensures that documents maintain their specified typography even if the required fonts are not available in the environment.

Word Library

Word-to-PDF and image conversion enhancements

SmartArt in Word-to-PDF and image conversion

With this feature, the .NET Word library ensures that SmartArt diagrams are accurately converted to PDF or image formats. This guarantees clear information communication during presentations or report sharing.

Custom font support

The .NET Word library will include an API for adding custom fonts. These fonts will be automatically used during Word-to-PDF and image conversions, ensuring that documents maintain their specified typography even if they are not available in the environment.

Advanced shape formatting

The .NET Word library will support advanced shape formatting options, including gradient fill, transparency in fill, pattern fill, and picture fill. This enhancement ensures that visually rich Word documents are accurately rendered in PDFs and images.

Dashed line styles for shapes

With this feature, the .NET Word library will provide comprehensive support for various dashed line styles, such as solid, round dot, square dot, dash, dash-dot, and more. These enhancements ensure precise styling of line shapes during Word-to-PDF and image conversions, maintaining the visual consistency of your documents.

PowerPoint Library

PowerPoint-to-PDF and image conversion enhancement

Custom font support

The .NET PowerPoint library will include an API for adding custom fonts. These fonts will be automatically used during PowerPoint-to-PDF and image conversions, ensuring that documents maintain their specified typography even if they are not available in the environment.

PDF Library

Subsetting embedded fonts in PDF to PDF/A conversion

This feature enables users to subset the embedded fonts when converting PDF to PDF/A. Subsetting the fonts will help reduce the final size of the document.

PDF/UA-2 document creation

This feature allows users to create PDF documents that comply with the PDF/UA-2 accessibility standard, ensuring that the documents are universally accessible and meet the highest accessibility requirements.

AES GSM encryption support in PDF

This feature provides advanced security by enabling AES GSM encryption for PDF documents, ensuring that sensitive information is protected with robust encryption mechanisms.

ZUGFeRD 2.3.2

This feature will support the ZUGFeRD 2.3.2 standard, which facilitates the creation and handling of invoices that combine human-readable and machine-readable data in a single PDF.

Restrict HTTP requests when converting HTML to PDF

This feature allows users to restrict HTTP requests during the conversion of HTML to PDF, ensuring enhanced security and control over external resource access during the conversion process.
