Research Triangle Park, N.C. — December 18, 2013 — Syncfusion, Inc., a developer solutions company, announced the release of Essential Studio® Enterprise Edition 2013, Volume 4. Syncfusion’s fourth release of the year brings many changes to its suite of user interface, business intelligence, and reporting controls, particularly within the domains of JavaScript and XAML-based development.
Essential Studio® 2013, Volume 4 marks the official release of Essential Studio® for JavaScript and a collection of LightSwitch extensions. New additions to the JavaScript suite include a rich-text editor, map, tree map, range navigator, bar-code, date-time picker, and rotator controls. Syncfusion’s collection of LightSwitch extensions provides more extensions than its beta, including new bullet graph, gauge, map, tree map, range navigator, sparkline, and OLAP client extensions.
“These JavaScript controls are designed to meet enterprise needs,” said Product Manager Chad Church. “The JavaScript chart and grid controls alone go a long way in achieving that, but the other 35 controls make it a complete enterprise solution, not to mention that we now have JavaScript wrappers for ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC.”
