Xlsx error when file has pictures

We have recently had to change the format of our output reports to an xlsx file and in doing so, we receive an error from any of the files that get generated with a picture in them. The error states:
"Excel found unreadable content in the file xxx.xlsx. Do you want to recover the contents of the workbook?" When clicking yes, we receive another report stating that Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content. The window also shows the following: "Repaired Records: Drawing from /xl/drawings/drawing1.xml part (Drawing shape)". We have set our default version to ExcelVersion.Excel2007 and are naming all our files with the .xlsx extenstion. Please help...

Thank you for providing the sample, it did work as you stated, but it is not exactly how we are adding images to our spreadsheets. We are not adding images from files, we are getting the image content from our database and creating images from that using the Image.FromStream() method. I've attached a modified version of your sample that produces the same error as we are seeing.
