If you are using our evaluation version, then you cannot deploy any assembly generated by that code. It can only be used on a system with the evaluation installed.
If this is not the problem, then I am at a loss. You should only need the Syncfusion assemblies (Grid, Shared and Tools) as well as your assemblies (and any other 3rd party assemblies you might be using).
