PDF Global OCR Function

But it doesn't work in UWP
I creat the issue in "Syncfusion">"UWP desktop">"PDF Viewer"

Currently, we don't have support to perform OCR in UWP platform. We have already logged the feature request with support to perform OCR in UWP platform. We do not have immediate plan to implement this feature. We will have include this feature in any of our upcoming main volume releases.
