Feature Request

I'm requesting an extension to  await container.DocumentEditor.Editor.InsertFormFieldAsync(FormFieldType.Text); ​ so that we can also set the name of the form field at time of insertion.

We have considered the API enhancement as feature request and its planned for 2024 Volume 3 release which is scheduled for mid of September 2024. You can follow up the below feedback for further information.

Hi Chad Foster,

This is to let you know that, there has been a change in the internal plans for delivering the feature and this API would be available in 2024 Vol 3 SP release, which is scheduled in Nov 2024.
