v25.2.7 Dropdown Tree is in check box mode.
ValueChanging event is fired as expected when individual items are selected/deselected.
However, if the clear all button is clicked, all selections are cleared within the component but no event is fired.
Is there an alternative method for detecting when this happens?

Hi Leo,

Hello,
I am using the SfDropdownTree on which I have the same problem, but with the event ValueChanged. The Event is not allways triggered.
I have tried the DropdownTree_179ac4db.zip Sample, on which the ValueChanged is not allways triggered when using the SfDropdownTree.
I am currently on the version 27.1.58.
Is there any fix for that?????.
Hi Adnan,
We have
reviewed your query and understand that the ValueChanged event is not
always triggered in the Dropdown Tree component. We used your sample and
updated to version 27.1.58. The ValueChanged event was triggered
correctly when clicking an item and when clearing an item using the clear icon.
To help us provide a prompt solution, please share any custom code you are
using, replication steps, and a video demonstrating the issue. These details will
help us understand the issue better and provide a prompt solution.
Sample: attached as zip file.
Please check the sample and let us know if you need any further assistance.
Best Regards,
VishwanathanD

Root Cause: This issue occurs because the selection is not properly updated to the Value property, which prevents the ValueChanged event from being triggered.
We thank you for your support and appreciate your patience in waiting for this release. Please get in touch with us if you would require any further assistance.
