context menu Essential JS 2

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

We would like to let you know that we are showing the dotted lines (i.e. border) for ContextMenu target div, only for showcasing the context menu sample in our sample browser. However, you can remove the ContextMenu target div dotted lines. We suggest you to remove the border property in the target div or set as “none” to that property to resolve the issue.

For your convenience we have prepared a sample to demonstrate this. Please find the sample link below.

CSS:

#contextmenutarget {
    /*border: 1px dashed;*/
    border: none;
}

TS:

<div id="contextmenutarget">{{content}}</div>
<ejs-contextmenu target='#contextmenutarget' [items]='menuItems' [animationsettings]='animationSettings' (beforeitemrender)='addDisabled($event)'></ejs-contextmenu>

Could you please check the above sample and get back to us with more information, if we misunderstood your requirement. So that we can analyze based on that and provide you with a better solution? The information provided would be the great help for us to proceed further.

Regards,
Shanmugaraja K

Hi Sagar,

Thank you for your update.

We have checked your query and we would like to let you know that your requirement can be achieved by using “select” event in ContextMenu. We have modified the previously updated sample to demonstrate this requirement and the same can be found in the below link.

Please refer the below help documentation link about how to use “select” event in ContextMenu.

Could you please check the above sample and get back to us if we misunderstood your requirement or if you need any further assistance on this?
