SfRotator doesn't have a NavigationDelay property

Hello.

I was trying to configure the time of Delay of an SfRotator following the documentation here:

https://help.syncfusion.com/xamarin-android/sfrotator/adding-looping-and-delays#setting-navigation-delay

But there isn't a property to assign the value. I'm using Syncfusion 15.3.0.26

We have checked your reported issue "SfRotator doesn't have a NavigationDelay property" from our side. Please update to our latest version to access Navigation delay property.
