Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and managing various administrative tasks. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting team members with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports.

Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents both in physical and electronic formats. Ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of information.

Assisting the HR department with tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and organizing employee engagement activities.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process, maintain accurate records, and assist with events.

Academic Qualifications

Any degree (regular).

Graduates between 2021 and 2023 with a minimum of 60% in all academics.

Experience
