How to solve the "Essential Studio® install" issue?
This installation issue may occur due to the corresponding Essential Studio® version entries exist in the registry. These entries are not removed properly while uninstalling the Essential Studio®. In order to install, you need to clear those Essential Studio® installer-related entries from the registry and installed locations.
Refer to the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Download the “Windows Installer Cleanup” utility from the following link.
No need to download and install the utility if you have already installed.
2. Install this msicuu2.exe with Admin Privileges.
3. After installing the utility, open the Windows Installer Clean Up from the Start menu. Select the version of the Syncfusion Essential Studio® (Ex: v16.4.0.42) that you need to uninstall and click Remove from the Windows Installer Clean Up window.
Now registry entry and cached files of selected Syncfusion Essential Studio® version will be removed from your system.
When Syncfusion Essential Studio® version not listed then you can skip this step.
4. Restart your machine.
5. Reinstall the Essential Studio®. Now, the installation issue will be resolved, and you can install the Syncfusion Essential Studio® in your machine.
