WPF GridControl manages selection of cells, rows and columns using GridControl.Model.Selections collection. You can programmatically add, remove and operate on selections using the Add, Remove, InsertRows, InsertColumns, RemoveRows, RemoveColumns, Ranges API’s exposed in GridControl.Model.Selections property.

You can select a row programmatically in code by using GridControl.Model.Selections.Add() method by passing the row to be selected.
