Right now there is
ContainerBackgroundColor, ErrorColor, FocusedColor, and UnfocusedColor for customizing certain colors. It would be great if the color of the helper text could also be specified. Also, in the case of Outline mode, it would be great if the color of hint text could be different from the border color (in both focused and unfocused mode).
