[UWP] Drawing long lines with pen tool causes lag and eventually a crash

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Image editor with an image.

2. Click on the "Draw" or "Pen" icon.

3. Draw a long continuous line.

Expected result:

You are able to draw a long line on the image.

Actual result:

After a certain length, the app begins to lag. If the line gets too long, the app will crash.
