Value argument holds text of ComboBox with action begin event in In-place Editor

In In-place Editor, the argument of ActionBeginEvent ("data") holds text field value when
rendering ComboBox with field mapping. But the argument must holds the value of ComboBox. To reproduce this issue, bind data to In-place editor's ComboBox with text-value field mapping and check the 'data' argument value in ActionBeginEvent event.
