Conditional formatting is not applied properly for specific members

We can customize the style of cells of pivot table using certain conditions through conditional formatting feature. We can also set formatting for specific row or column by using the "label" property. Now, we have faced an issue in this scenario which has been applied for all the labels instead of specific one. Hence, it needs to be fixed with proper conditions with respective to row or column.
