Recurrence editor does not allow for 5th instance of a day in a month

I have a recurrence rule 

FREQ=MONTHLY;BYDAY=TH;BYSETPOS=5;INTERVAL=1;

the specifies that the event should occur on the 5th Thursday of the month. The event shows up on the right days in the calendar but the tooltip looks like this:


which is, of course, true in this case but implies that it should be on the last Thursday of the next month, which it is not. I then go in to edit the series and find that the recurrence editor does not have an entry for 'fifth' in the drop down when selecting monthly recurrences.

Could this please be fixed?
