[UWP] Toolbar Icon not get updated properly

i) Create the simple ImageEditor sample,

ii) Change any one of the footer ToolbarItem icon as like below 

editor.ToolbarSettings.ToolbarItems[2].Icon = ImageSource.FromResource("ImageEditorSample.SendBack.png");

iii) Icon not get updated in UWP platform.
