[Android] DataLabels not get displayed for small area (cities)

  1. Create a simple maps sample with shape file for minor area like Dha lahore
  2. Set ShowMapItems as true
  3. Check whether the DataLabels displayed in Android.
  4. Shape selection also not working for small areas like city, capital
