Multiple selection support for SfScheduler

Currently SfScheduler control doesn't have support to Add appointment using selection range by dragging.

So we need to Implement multiple selection by dragging support in SfSchedule control. 

Apart from adding appointment, all other actions after multiple selection should be considered. Example: Delete, Drag, etc.
