Misalignment with +more indicator.

The expected behavior is that the height of custom content placed in between the date and the first event should be taken in consideration automatically when the calculation is made for knowing how many events can be shown at a time in a cell for a given schedule height at a given time. Resizing the container wrapping a schedule with height="auto" should also behave correctly when the size of the container changes.
