Issue with Monthly Reccurrence Rule

When we were given the below rule as a recurrence rule, appointment not get rendered properly.

RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;BYMONTHDAY=5,6,7;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR;BYSETPOS=1

Event creation behavior:

The event will recurrence every on the 5th of each month. If the 5th is a Saturday or Sunday the event will occur on the Monday 6th or 7th.
