Support for disabling animation for tab switching action

At present, the animation can't be disabled for tab switching option, and if we disable the animation in the tab, the DOM validation issues occur for the tab contents.
In the attached sample very quick click on tabs 1,2,3,4,3,2,1, the content of not active tab stays on the page.
