Number of weeks in month view is not update dynamically

Current Behavior:

The number of weeks displayed in the month view can be updated using the numberOfWeeksInView property in monthViewSettings. This property determines the number of week rows that should be rendered in the month view.

Expected Behavior:

The number of weeks displayed in the month view should update dynamically based on the number of weeks in the current month.
