Provide option to export theme customization brush values on Theme Studio exported assembly

In Theme Studio, at present user defined theme customization information is maintained in pattern, which is defined for Syncfusion controls those are provided with theme support. 


For example:


Office 2019 Theme


* Primary Color

* Primary Foreground


So we need to export these brushes values in the exported assemblies as properties (based on theme basis brushes will differ). Only then can update the color of Microsoft controls and theme not supported controls colors with this details.
