Allow drag node from TreeView and Drop to Rich Text Editor as a Chip

User can drag a node from a TreeView and drop to any location in a Rich Text Editor text as a Chip.  Once dropped, the Chip can be repositioned or deleted.  Once saved, further back end processing allows us to identify each Chip added to the text and replace it with some custom value.  This is essentially like a "macro", which allows you to replace one value with another.
