Using "System.Text.Json" instead of "Newtonsoft.json"

Since the automatic dependent package update was deprecated in ASP.NET Core 3.0 Preview 5, we need to manually install the "Newtonsoft.Json."

Also, update the source by migrating from Newtonsoft.Json to System.Text.Json

For some scenarios, System.Text.Json currently has no built-in functionality, but there are recommended workarounds. For other scenarios, workarounds are impractical.
