Mask not updated properly when setting the MaskType as RegEx and dynamically changing the Value.

1. Set the mask with MaskType as RegEx in SfMaskedEdit.

2. Load the mask with a default value.

3. Change the value of the MaskedEdit dynamically. Now the value not updated as per the Mask.
