Support to add visible resource count in timeline view resource view

Support to add visible resource count in timeline view resource view to fit in scheduler.

Introducing a `VisibleResourcesCount` property in the MAUI SfScheduler would allow users to specify the number of resources to display in the resource view. The SfScheduler would then ensure that the defined number of resources fit within the available viewport height, efficiently accommodating the specified count of resources.
