Provide support for CustomView in .NET MAUI SfRating

Enhance the SfRating control in .NET MAUI by integrating support for custom views in rating items. This feature would allow defining SelectedView and UnSelectedView properties, enabling the use of images, emojis, or other custom elements to represent the rating states. By supporting these customizable views, the control would provide greater design flexibility and allow for the creation of visually appealing and interactive rating systems.
