Event to identify field list data source property changes at run time

Pivot Table Field List allows the user to rearrange the fields between different axes, including column, row, value and filter along with filter and sort options. And currently, we are unable to identify the status of the field list update alone (But, we have the events for the Pivot Grid updates). Hence, this feature allows user to identify each field list update through event.
