Improve pointer accuracy at minimum and maximum range boundaries in Radial Gauge

Currently, when gauge values are near the range boundaries, the pointer struggles to reach the exact minimum and maximum values. Need to enhance pointer accuracy at the extreme boundaries of the radial gauge.
