Collapsing and expanding splitter control does not return to original state

Collapsing and expanding splitter control does not return to original state unless the splitter was resized first.

The left pane is sized to the correct size at the start. When collapsing and then expanding you will see the pane expands to a much larger size than originally set.  Once you start to resize the splitter manually, collapsing and expanding will maintain proper size
