Level name is not updated properly while disabling subtotals

In cell click of Pivot Table control, we can get the information of respective cell and hierarchical and level datum of the same. While clicking the leaf member, we could not get the corresponding parent information. This issue needs to be fixed with false combination of sub-total feature.
