Built-in syntax highlighting support for python language in Syntax Editor

Provide built-In support for python language in EditControl.

Currently EditControl doesn't have built-In support for python language. Below cases need to be consider on implementation.

  • Provide dynamic collapser based on Python Syntax.
  • Implement syntax coloring based on Python.
