Ruler labels should be updated based on measurement unit like Visio

By default, ruler and document size maintained in pixel when changing the measurement unit. For example, if document size 500 * 500 (pixel), when changing the measurement unit  from pixel to point, document size will be rendered with 665 * 665 (pixel) and ruler also updated based on document size. But document size should not be changed and convert the document size to 384 * 384 (Point) and ruler also should be updated based on measurement unit like visio.

 

Also while zooming the diagram, ruler values should be updated based on the zoom percentage like visio.
