Need to provide support for Displaying Grid Filter Dialog without cutoff

Need to provide support for Displaying Grid Filter Dialog properly without hiding inside Gridster.

It is promised to vol 3 release

When setting the parent container of the grid with overflow-hidden, the Menu filter dialog  is not fully displayed. The Menu filter dialog is cut-off.
