Support for rendering data in Treeview with single server request on loadOnDemand disabled mode

Currently in Treeview control, with loadOnDemand disabled mode, the control sends multiple server requests for fetching the data from the server. We need to restrict this multiple requests and need to change the data fetching behavior in Treeview, with loadOnDemand disabled mode, such that the control should send just single server request to fetch the data from server and render it using load at once approach.
