Need to provide CSS variable support for bootstrap theme

* Need to provide CSS variables for bootstrap theme

 

* Need to enable the powerful feature in CSS that allows you to define reusable values and apply them throughout your stylesheets.

 

* Integration of these CSS variables, customization of the color variables becomes remarkably straightforward. we can simply modify its value in the root values.

 

* Need to test the all the aspect of this support and include this feature without causing any breaking issues in the current architecture
