Support for obtaining the row using the RowColumnIndex from the onCellTap callback when using grouping

After performing sorting with grouping, there is a mismatch in the row index obtained in the `onCellTap` callback when retrieving rows from the effectiveRows collection. This is due to the effectiveRows collection only containing the rows without group rows.



Provide support for obtaining the row properly using the RowColumnIndex from the `onCellTap` callback when using grouping.
