ListView restricts key inputs for list items displayed using custom templates

In ListView, while using the custom input elements as list items using template support, key interactions are not working as expected. For instance, while displaying the text-box element as a List item using custom template, the ListView restricts the user from providing the text input to the text-box. We need to fix this issue.
