Work hours are somehow related to collapsed hours

When one create a set of collapsed hours and workhours, control somehow tries to draw the block of non-working hours in a relation to avalaible (non-collapsed hours set). In the screenshot i set a set of collapsed hours that should correspond to working hours. Then i should not see any grey blocks. I do, hovewer. I believe this is a bug.
