Providing a gesture detector support for builders in the Flutter calendar (SfCalendar)

Current Behavior:
Currently gesture detector support appliable for calendar elements.

Need to provide:
Provide a support for custom builders such as cell, appointment, time region, resource header and month header of schedule view.
