Column chart is show half chart with DateTimeCategoryAxis

I have 2 column chart. X Axis is DateTimeCategoryAxis for custom quarter interval type. I want to use 

LabelPlacement.onTicks but chart show only 1/2 column (total 2 column). Minimun and maximun is subtracted and added 3 month.
